Mission Statement
Triad Academy is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and successful educational environment for students with Specific Learning Disabilities.
| Triad Academy was created to address the unmet academic needs of bright children who learn differently. Students work in an individualized, small group setting where the academic curriculum provides opportunities for each child to be challenged and excel. Teachers use a variety of research-validated, language based, and multi sensory |
teaching methods based on the Orton-Gillingham approach to language remediation. Our goal is to return students to a traditional classroom setting, when appropriate, with an understanding of the way he or she learns best, and the skills and compensatory strategies to be a successful, independent learner. |
